About Us
Our family-run dairy is located in Jefferson County on the pristine Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. Established in 2008 by husband and wife Bruce Gleeman and Amy Rose Dubin, we have been a licensed dairy since 2014. We make raw farmstead goat's milk cheese from our herd of mixed breed dairy goats and artisan raw cow's milk cheese from nearby Dungeness Valley Creamery’s herd of grass-fed Jersey Cows.
Practices
We prioritize ways to utilize products close to the farm to enhance our cheese with local flavors. Our animal handling and practices use low-stress management techniques and the finest feeds available. No antibiotics or milk producing hormones are used . Our cheese is made by hand using traditional methods tailored for farmstead cheese production. Our cheese is made in small batches throughout the season and is aged in our climate controlled environment for 2 months to 2 years where they develop a natural, edible rind and deep, complex flavors.
