Sariwa Farm

Sariwa Farm (fresh in Tagalog) we are a Filipina farm on Coast Salish land.

In farming, we keep in mind biodiversity, sustainability, natural plant nutrition, and natural pest management. This means utilizing methods that will cause the least amount of disruption, minimal tilling to preserve the diversity of organisms within the soil, avoiding chemical fertilizers that will endanger beneficial insects, with deep considerations of timing, seed source, and crop rotation for planting. This results in more nutrient dense foods. We plant seeds to feed our family and community nutrient dense foods that are culturally relevant and pesticide free.
