A Butter Place was founded during the pandemic and is based in the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle. We create high-quality, flavorful butter from locally sourced cream from Washington Jersey cows. The butter is handcrafted with real, local ingredients, offering salted, unsalted, and special flavors like Cacio e Pepe, Cajun Miso, and Peach Pie.

We use a French-style technique of hand-kneading each batch, inspired by old-time butter-making methods. Our butter is easily digestible, free from additives and colorings, and focused on the exceptional milk quality of Jersey cows.
