Lake Wolf Creamery

We operate a small dairy farm just north of Deer Park, Washington. Our family has milked registered Jersey cows here since April of 1957. In March of 2013 we started handcrafting specialty cheeses for families and markets in the Pacific Northwest.

Jerseys are famous for their high-quality, rich milk. We make authentic Mexican cheese (queso -- pronounced "KEH-so"), Cheddar Curds, and we have Aged Cheddar in development from our Grade A, all natural, hormone-free and 100% A2A2 milk.

As a relatively small dairy, we are able to treat our cows with the utmost care using all-natural compost bedding. This ensures the health and comfort of our herd. We are third-generation dairy farmers committed to the highest standards in animal care and milk and cheese production.
