Atop Union Hill in Redmond, WA, Rain Dog Farm provides many varietals of produce to local restaurants, including microgreens, microherbs, edible flowers, and salad greens. The farmland is an ideal south-facing slope, nestled in a clearing of evergreens. What once had been a dairy farm long ago is again a part of the local agriculture.
