Our farm started as a family venture, with my husband Eric, our daughters, and me on Orcas Island. Over time, we’ve grown to include an incredible crew of hardworking islanders. We’ve been at Coffelt Farm Preserve since 2019, where we raise a variety of livestock and produce goat cheese, all while honoring the land and our farming traditions.

We focus on sustainable and regenerative grazing practices. Out on-site USDA-certified processing ensures quality, and we manage the land collaboratively with the county, offering products like pastured meats and WSDA-certified goat's milk ice cream.
