Laurie and Mark Neal are Artisan Cheesemakers located in the Knapps-Coulee Valley just outside the beautiful Chelan and the proud owners of Laurel's Crown Cheese. We craft artisan cheese, made from 100% grass-fed milk, that showcases the milk's unique flavors. As we perfected our craft, we went on to receive a Good Food award for her Bebe cheese in 2017, and Badger Mt. Blue earned a Silver at the World Cheese Awards in London that same year.

We are Certified Organic by the WSDA and USDA.
